Clutch Productions is a full-service event production company that specializes in helping Lubbock organizations with their Lubbock fundraiser events. This year, we were proud to assist the Louise Hopkins Underwood Center for the Arts (LHUCA) Gala by providing LED screens and live lighting. In addition to the LED screens, our team also set up custom lighting throughout the venue. This included front stage light for the musicians performing, environmental lighting on stage and throughout the outdoor area, as well as stringing some charming party lights from the venue pergola structures. All of this was combined to give a very high-end feel to the event, and helped LHUCA accomplish their fundraising goals.
The LED screens we provided were a huge help in raising money for the LHUCA organization. Our screens gave donors a clear view of the fundraising goals and progress, and this helped to encourage more donations. This also allowed the LHUCA staff to display important information about the event without having to shout or take time away from their other duties.
The team at LHUCA told us that they just didn't have the tools required to put on a fundraiser of this size. Because of that, Clutch Productions was happy to step in and help by providing the LED screens, lighting equipment, and other necessary items for this Lubbock fundraiser.
