Clutch Productions was proud to partner with the Lubbock Covenant Foundation for their Storytellers fundraiser event. Our team set up and operated custom stage lights, four robotic PTZ cameras, string lights for ambient lighting over two separate areas, as well as two bright LED video screens. This allowed us to showcase the live musicians, speakers, and video presentations perfectly! We're excited to continue partnering with the Lubbock Covenant Foundation in the future!
For fundraisers, it is key to emotionally connect with your audience. Showing impactful video and stories is definitely a way to do that. The Covenant Foundation wanted to make sure their key video was shown on the best viewing experience possible. So our team provided two large, bright LED walls for the event. These screens are so bright you can easily watch content even in direct sunlight. Then once it gets dark these screens really pop!
Additionally, Clutch Productions provided a custom camera solution for the Storyteller's event. In the planning stages before showtime, the Lubbock Covenant Foundation told us they wanted live video provided as well. After scouting the location, we determined that having camera operators in front of the audience was going to be obtrusive. The creative solution we came up with was to move the operators backstage and run the cameras remotely. This was possible with our custom remote PTZ camera solution. This setup worked flawlessly, it worked just as well as if we had camera operators out near the stage!
