In October 2024, Clutch Productions proudly partnered with Texas Tech University to bring their Texas Tech event production showcase to life. The high-impact event launched the university’s On & On Capital Campaign with incredible attention to visual and technical detail. From concept to completion, our team spent 10 months preparing for an unforgettable experience—and the result delivered exactly that.
The production included two distinct event environments, each fully equipped with immersive audiovisual elements. Outdoors, we created a custom concert-ready stage with a massive LED video wall, concert-level sound, theatrical lighting, and robust staging. Inside a giant tented structure, we mirrored the same high-end gear—ensuring seamless continuity between both spaces.
From concept sketches to final cues, this was a full-scale Clutch experience—creative, strategic, and flawless.
